Sells defective software - program doesn't function correctly, absolutely no customer support - total scam

SnipeRight is an Ebay bid sniping program that works well when it works! You get a free trial and when that is up you may use the program indefinitely for $19.99.

Well, after collecting money from people, it appears that their server is ALWAYS down. The program is not usable. There is NO customer support.

There are many people complaining regarding this software!

I believe that a class action lawsuit is warranted. Anyone else?
