This is my experience with Bugsysclub.com an online gambling site:
I deposited $50.00 American using my visa card.
During a "heads up" tournament (only two players, myself and one opponent), my opponent contacted Bubsys club online assistance and made a complaint against me. Bugsys club canceled my account during the game and told me to email their tech support. I did and never got a response. Now I am unable to log in and retrieve my money which I deposited.
This is my account of the tournament between myself and my opponent. My opponent had already won $10.00 from me from a previous game. I played him again for $20.00 to try and get even. I noticed my opponent was very quick to act on his hand so I started taking my time with my play. I let the online timer count down to almost zero before I acted on my hand. This frustrated my opponent and he started losing. This is why he contacted online assistance during our game. They sided with him and cut me off. I am out the money that was in my account.
If Bugsys club felt I was holding up the game, it was all within the parameters of their software. I acted before the timer ran out. They have the ability to change the time limits.
When I joined, nothing was said about time limits. From my experience, Bugsys club is not a fair gambling site.
I contacted the so-called "gaming commision" which Bugsys club listed on their web site. I never got a reply. I feel like an idiot for joining. Please learn from my mistake.
