Ripoff took money from account won't answer e-mail

I ordered the free sample and agreed to pay the shipping. Received product 3 weeks later after I had forgotten about it. Then a charge for a month's supply of pills appear on my checking statement. I finally e-mailed them that I have yet to receive any product and why did they take money out? I haven't agreed to any auto-ship. Then they did it again without ever contacting me or replying to my e-mail asking for explanation. I am going to write our Attorney General in Washington, D.C. And in Sacramento. Since they have to ship across state lines and I still have the box they sent, maybe I can get them or mail fraud. All I really wanted was to get a refund, but will do whatever it takes to get their attention.
