I worked for RFC Business Solutions in an at home work situation for almost two months before I saw the true colors of Ms. Funt. All was well for the first two weeks. She paid on time as agreed upon in our hiring contract.
Once those first two weeks passed and she gained my trust I agreed to abandon my other job to just work for her. That week and the next week I earned close to $200.
She kept promising she would pay me, but never has. I then contacted a lady who had previously worked for her. This lady told me Ms. Funt did the same to her and at least one other person as well. So that's three people who she scammed.
Additionally, Ms. Funt works through contracts with Farmers Insurance. The agents appear to not care if the employees are paid because she is doing the work for them just fine (they have been contacted). I have contacted the corporate office of Farmer's Insurance regarding this issue and have not received a reply as of yet.
Ms. Funt has also made claims to be working with an Adam Brown from Sweden. I have never seen proff of this, though.
My advice is as follows:
1- If Adam Brown reads this he should cut off all ties with Ms. Funt as his name is being tarnished.
2- If any Farmer's customers read this I ask you to please call and complain about their company doing business with a con artist like Ms. Funt. That looks bad on them and once word gets out they, too, may be tarnished by this woman.
3- Anyone approached by Ms. Funt for work or as a business partner should run away fast. She advertises on homejobstop.com (whom I have also contacted). She will surely tell you what she told me - that she has just had an employee quit because they were emotionally unstable and she needs you to begin right away. She may pay you a couple times, but then she'll have 'banking issues' and swear she'll pay you soon.
