I found the link through the FAQ's under "What is your refund policy?" This is the last question on the page, scroll way down to the bottom. There you will find the "support dept" link, click on that and file a report requesting a full refund as guaranteed when purchasing the "information".
I requested the refund and have received 4 "canned" emails from them stating I need to "try" to make money from their site. They proceed to give me the same information over and over. I have tried it. I am a very intelligent person and understand what I read. The information on his web site talks in circles, does not work as stated, and you need to spend more money with "other" companies to get the better paying type at home jobs. These jobs do not exist!
