Paypal strikes again!
But this time they messed with the wrong people!
Now, Here is the reality check ok.
Paypal is not to be trusted at all.
This is what happened.
Myself and My wife have a wondeful Ebay business and have
been using paypal for about 5 years!
With $31.000 in transaction, they made a lot of money on us! And all of those years not one problem on our part. 100% feedback on ebay NOT A PROBLEM!
All of a sudden they froze our ACCOUNT without ANY NOTICE! Not even a cordial e-mail telling me what happened. So I am waiting for payments from buyers who have purchased my items and they cannot pay!
So we call and we find out that our account was frozen because we are linked somehow to an account that owed them $390
So we wonder why we should pay for it and what does it mean?
We pretty much get BLACK-MAILED by the supervisor BOB id # 6449 and he tells us that we have to pay it because we have the same last name on the other account and that if we didn't pay it our account will remain frozen and we won't be able to use paypal.
Now we figure out that that account belonged to our 33 year old estranged son James. We had the previous same address so paypal assumed we should be responsible for him.
Now i have a question if billy joe bob robs a bank can the police go to his sisters house and arrest her and make her responsible for billy joe?
I think not.
Well we contacted paypal several times and the supervisor BOB (whom its karma will catch up to him very soon! Trust me!) Were rude and arrongant and told me to stop calling because he was getting fed up with my questions.
Don't i have the right to know what is going on if it involves my business and my customers money?
Now we have solved nothing! We do not want to pay for a debt that is not ours and we wouldn't know how to.
That account is not our and we have no password or access to it!
We have sent sooo many NEW CUSTOMERS to paypal I can't even keep count. We have raved and told everyone to use them for years and guess what I AM DONE WITH THEM NOW!
I will spread as much negative feedback as i can to these scums!
This event as cost me my reputation and my credibility on ebay also because the customers were confused by them non being able to pay!
Not only after that because my wife's paypal is also linked to me because we have the same last name also get frozen!
Can you believe that?
So its guilty by association?
Paypal is a major fraud
bob id # 6449 in particular! He is a heartless "supervisor" a lier and a cheat!
He said all that is going on is part of ebay policy. Well guess what? I have read it 5 times since yesterday and it says nothing nowhere about this nonsense!
He also said that paypal is a private company and i found out that it isn't it is owned by ebay - ebay is public and we even used to have stock with them!
Lier lier shame on you!
I can't believe they are still in business
trust me work of my mouth alone can make them lose like 100 customers a day. That is how loud i can get!
At this point i feel abused, tired and mostly dissapointed that they would do such a thing to us! Or to anyone i was threatened blackmailed and i feel a class-act suit on the way
Still reading bob? I will not let this go till my account is restored and public apology is made
because you know you are wrong!
And you better unfreeze the money
I'm taking this to the media!
Never use paypal never!
Never! Never do business with them!
