Want me to send my monitor back on my dime when its under warranty

I have a HANNS-G HN199D 19in 8ms DVI LCD Monitor w / Spks I bought in March on the 25th of 2006 It already has burnt images on it and the dvi port doesn't work... The cable is fine just the monitor port is dead... I have a 1 year warranty... And they want me to ship it back on my dime... I don't think so... They should send me a box with retun postage paid plus a new monitor asap
