This man contacted me about seeing my bid on Ebay for 4 used laptop computers. He said he had 4 and I could buy them for my bid. He provided tracking numbers which I verified with UPS AIR EXPRESS and I sent the money. The packages went from Romania to Great Britian and stopped. He then said he needed me to send more money for shipping and taxes. Shipping and taxes were free. I refused. When I contacted UPS they said he had stopped the shipping. Now he will not answer my e-mails. I have e-mails and paperwork to prove all of this. Don't answer any e-mails from this man! He is one of several cons in this city.
