Account frozen with $300 over matching family phone numbers

I had $300 sent to my account. I have had an eBay and PayPal account open for 2 years, I have used about $80,000 through this account, and I have over 120 positives with no negative feedback. They claim that my father or my son used an account that owes them money, and because the phone numbers match, they froze my account. I asked the BBB for help but, as usual with the BBB, got nowhere. I would like help getting my money. I would think PayPal would have to release my money, and if their claim is true, they need to collect from my father or my son, not from my account. I refuse to use eBay or PayPal for anything now, as they are ripoffs.
