To start off I what to say that my wife that is the one that got rip-off. She is blind and has no access to the internet. We moved from Illinois to Kansas so my wife can have a Job. She (wife) called the bank today to see if her paycheck was in the bank, and came to find out that there was a $99.95 taken out of her account by Paycom.net.
The Bank give us the number for paycom.net so she call them and they told her the only way that they could find out where the money was going is to give them her account number and if she did not what to give that information over the phone that someone from the bank could call them to find out were the money was going.
So a lady from the Bank call Paycom.net and paycom said that they don't tell people to have there banks call. Paycom also told her that they could not tell where the money was going, but there told her that the money would be put back in the account. Ha right!
There is alot of thing that I do not understand.
Why is my wife having to deal with this when she is Blind and she DON'T have access to internet!!!
We are just working people trying to make it in today world.
