I was ripped off by edp, They took money from my account without my knowleged

I was ripped off by edp, They took money from my account without my knowleged. They dindn't anserwer they telefone. And now i owe the bank. The havend send me anything about the company.in my opinin they are a bunch of scam artist and should be locked up. Or closed down a.S.A.P
