Ripoff, my email presented confirmation and acceptance of a service that I did not apply for and could not bring it up on the computer after several attempts to cancel service Internet

A confirmation of service to be billed to me appeared on my email. Along with it was a web site provided in order to cancel this service. I tried repeatedly but could not bring it up on my screen. I dont know where this company is located, no phone number was provided for me, other than the apparently fictional contact for removal and cancellation of service provided, do I have to work with. Very frustrated, cannot cancel
