It has been over 3 week and i still haven't gotten any emails stating that my item has been shipped. The only email i've ever gotten is a customer service phone # 866.981.7467 to which I've called over 50 times, spoken to 5 different people who all told me that i'd receive a call back from them but never return my calls. I've gotten hung up on many times while on hold, or no one picks up the phone at all. Every person i spoke to are full of excuses and all the managers are always in meetings.
The email account that sold me the item is no longer a registered user with many negative feedbacks, and my item is still not received or even sent, what am i supposed to think. I've spoken to the following people: Maddie, Chris, Addy, Jessica, Greg and karen the MGR is always in meetings. They ask for order my order # that i never received and always never able to find my order via ebay item # maybe they're having issues with the computer system but its happening everytime i call...
1 week later, finally on the last day of my paypal fraud claim i recieved call regards to my paypal claim, told me they dont have record of my payment, but some how has a claim against them... Cant click on the links of the claim? Asked me to fax over invoice of sale, but processing mgr isn't there so i have to wait yet another day...
