My problem started 10/24 when I wanted to have the full capabilities of a Premier account. I had found out someone had made an account with my full information (ssn included) and used my already closed PO box number. They had made a bank account with First Internet Bank and tried to sell PDAs on Ebay. As we know, you can only have one account on Ebay in your name.
I made a report with PayPal then. They asked for all personal information, so I sent that information. They say they did an investigation, and say the computer used was from my house, but they were not willing to send me the MAC and IP address that they supposedly had on file for the investigation. It is an investigation about my account, so I have a right to that information unless they are hiding something and lieing to me.
They also would not investigate the person on the banking account and the Ebay account connected to the PayPal account.
I intend to take them to court on a class action lawsuit, but I need more people than just myself 9. Get ahold of me through the usacomplaints.com web site.
