I am a business owner and utilized them for their Dedicated Servers. Besides the constant downtimes, the refusal to credit for downtime as well as lack of e-mail hosting downtime, they suck. It apears thy outsource their call centers to india, you never get a customer service rep that speakes a word of clear English as well as a lack of education.
They are not headquartered in the U. S, their owner could give a crap about you and I besides for our money.
