Advanced Business Development, Educational Sales & Marketing, Shanklin Group, Attitude Ink ripoff They phoned me after I bought package, encouraged me to invest 5000 on credit card for mentoring, 12 30-minute phone calls

I bought Stephen Ducharme's 'Million Visitors'. Shortly after, I received a telephone call from the United States (I am in the UK) and somehow I was talked into signing up for internet mentoring to build a website and I was to invest 5000 in my 'business'.

I gave details of two credit cards, then I was emailed an agreement which I had to print off, sign and fax back. This had the 'package description' Advanced Training Sessions, Link Software, Website & Keyword Analysis, Link Request Form, Link Directory Template, Web Ring Traffic Swarm, Website w/domain, Merchant Account.

Since July last year I have been paying Web Hosting fees of $24.95 monthly (website not completed yet) and was also paying monthly fee to Aweber Autoresponders till I emailed and asked if they would cancel. I had my 12 x 30-minute telephone lessons but had to write down everything I was told; I was not given any written information. I had three changes of mentor, and sometimes they forgot to telephone me and I had to email and remind them. I had my last telephone lesson (no 13) in January, but had to put this website to one side to earn some money, as I was given the impression I would get my investment back within six months.

I have kept all the information, and transcripts of what I understood from telephone calls. For sometime I have felt that I fell for a scam or rip-off, but felt too ashamed to do anything about it, till now, when I have had to take out a loan to pay off the credit cards.
