Ripoff sell go carts no supporting documentation, won't run unwilling to fix problem request monies for replacement parts that never worked properly. Brought new 3 months later still not running

Purchased online a 250cc Challenger. The gocart came with a cracked radiator, gocart ran approximtely 10 minutes replaced cracked radiator, now will not start at all. It has been setting in the garage for 3 months.

It has no documentation to assist with trouble shooting. Replaced coil, still not working. Requested CDI box when taken to a mechanic, asked to pay extra for the CDI because it is not considered a warranted item. Unable to get a phone call through to company goes directly to voice mail.

Advised them via email there is no documentation, no engine make, type nothing to assist with fixing the problem. HOPE no one else goes through this type of problem. The company stated in an email that they were aware of the poor documentation on the gocart, but they continue to sell them. No diagrams, no manual that is even close to helpful.

Basically $2500.00 worth of headache. Company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Not normally use to a company with this kind of business ethics.
