On April 18 I ordered some skin care cream from Youthful Woman Skin Care Poducts for $65.00. I was immediately charged on my Mastercard, and when I didn't receive the product after 2 months, I started calling the phone number on their website. The number provided is a call center that has imformed me numerous times that all they can do is take my name and number and have someone call me back, which has never happened.
After numerous attempts to reach someone, I reported the matter to the Better Business Bureau, and they had no luck reaching anyone. I also sent a registered letter to the address provided on the website, but have received no response. So, this is why I'm reporting on this website.
