THIS FRAUD COMPANY CHARGED ME $39.95 on my phone bill for 2 minutes for a 1-900 number I DID NOT call (1-900-444-0353). I don't know much about this company, but there may be a virus they are spreading on peoples computers that charge their phone line.
If you are a victim of this company listen carefully. This is what you have to do to get your money back! When you call the 800-736-7500 (or wherever they ask you to call) you have to be aware that the whole company is a fraud and every single representative knows its a fraud. You have to let them know you know the whole company is a fraud and you did your research on all of them. Start screaming and cursing demanding a full refund.
Tell them what they are saying is all bs. Threaten to report them to the fcc and your lawyers. If they see you are a little agitated they will offer you a "one time 50% discount" dont accept. Scream and yell harder, and if they see you are causing them trouble they will give you a "one time 100% discount". It worked for me.
I am surprised the government does nothing to these companies!
