In April I ordered flowers and a balloon for my mothers birthday. I received an e-mail confirming my order #80287576, but the flowers were not delivered on the agreed upon date, or any date there after. This alone is enough to lose my business. When I sent an e-mail to their customer service informing them of the situation I got no reply. I have subsequently sent several e-mails requesting a refund, but have yet to hear back from them. Proflowers is a ripoff and it would a compliment to call their customer service incompetent because that would imply that they in some way provide a service.
