I decided to become a distributor for Emerald Passport (EPI) back in the fall of 2004. My direct Phase I sponsor was Teri Poindexter (she is now a Phase II director for EPI) who lives in Oregon, and my Phase II director was Lonnie Brasher who resides in Mississippi. The team we were a member of was known as EPI's "A Team". It supposedly produced the most sales of any EPI team, in part to Teri's, Lonnie's, and also Patricia Winston of Vancouver, WA were the primary leaders of the group and all three of them were doing literally about 95% of all the training calls.
I was purchasing targeting advertising for this business about every 7-10 days, including the "Emerald Leads" that Lonnie Brasher was selling to EPI distributors primarly in our team (these leads were either B.S. Leads which are VERY over-priced because most prospects I'd speak to didn't know or hear of EPI, or I didn't have that instinct-only phone sales skill.) Well, needless to say, after receiving some help when Teri was available, and spending over $3500 on leads and advertising, I was about to end my distributorship (because I could not produce even one sale) when Teri told me of a gentleman by the name of Rob Feder (a doctor from Florida) had joined the team and found a way to end the failures so many in this line of direct sales, MLM, etc. Have—and that is failure to produce sales from over the telephone. Mr. Feder's program was known as "Road Map to Gold", and I agreed to become one of the EPI distributors to purchase this sure-proof way to success.
After dishing out another $500 for this, a few weeks, and over 1000 emails later sent out to prospects over that time, Rob Feder and the rest of our "leaders" figured it was not working as they advertised, but for anyone who used the program, was not entitled to a refund. Following this, I was naturally very upset, and both Dr. Rob Feder as well as Teri Poindexter would not return my phone calls or emails, so I ended my distributorship when the end of the first year approached. The day after my EPI distributorship ended, I was no longer able to access "my product" on my EPI website, because I would get a username/password invalid. I promptly emailed EPI's headquarters located in Panama City, Panama and they failed to return any of my three emails I sent to them.
Then I learned that the "product" I had access to was merely by rental use only (something that is not described in EPI's Terms of Conditions agreement.)
How many others have had problems with Emerald Passport / EPI A Team including Teri Poindexter, Lonnie Brasher, Patricia Winston or Dr. Rob Feder?
