Charge when cancelled order, ripoff

Charges were assessed before time allowed, or receiving free sample. Plus; after sending 2 E-Mails to cancel said charges they turned around & charged yet another LARGER CHARGE.

All of this when we explained that we CAN'T AFFORD said charges since we're living on a limited income.

These charges are taking what LITTLE MONEY we have to LIVE ON for the rest of the month. We struggle enough without someone taking ALL WE HAVE.

Can you help us to get our money back? We Can't afford to wait for long. Thank-you for your help.
