I contracted with Internet Speedway for a top of the line On-line Store. I paid top dollar because I wanted a turn key job. ($2,985.00.) I was not AT ALL satisfied with their work and contacted the tech that worked on the site. No luck.
I finally went to his supervisor and he assured me that he would take care of it. Did Not Happen. I worked with the supervisor for some time and he finally declaired that the work was complete and he could not tie up his techs anymore.
The Store was not complete then nor was it ever complete. I cancelled my Store and requested a refund. I was told that there would be no refund because I paid extra for an upgraded store. Go Figure. I paid $2,985.00 and received nothing of value.
