I cancelled service with the company, and it was their duty to pick up equipment installed at the residence. Aftre several months, I received a bill for over $400.00 for the cost of the equipment. I attempte to e-mail the admin, and billing e-mail addresses at the business, only to find that they no longer use those e-mail addresses. ([email protected], and [email protected])
I went to their office, and was told that it just a mistake, and that someone should have come by. I watched the office woman put info into their system saying we were not liable, a nd that someone needed to pick up the equipment.
Now, many more months later, I have stopped receiving bills, but I have found that I have been turned in for collections for over $400.00. This constitutes a harassment as far as I am concerned, and a false submission for collections. The info is in their system, but we are being told that they cannot / will not talk to us now that they have turned us in to collections. I want to sue...
