This business has sold on E-bay, Ubid, and Yahoo auctions. They have been selling digital camcorders, digital cameras, and laptops. I won my auction on 2/13/02 on Ebay. The auctions was for a Canon Optura 100MC (new).
I sent the money to their address and received a confirmation on 2/16/02 via email. It was very clear on the auction and in follow up emails I would have to wait up to 21 days for the camera.
I have called the business and many e-mails that are not returned. When I have received e-mails or gotten them to talk on the phone they claim shipping problems.
On 04/20/02 I requested a refund since they were uncooperative in giving me a camera. I still have not received a refund. I live a half hour from their address. I want the camera or my money back.
If you shop on Ebay, Ubid, or Yahoo auctions be wary of this company they are frauds.
