Navicomm, One Call Communications Ripoff Billed for 3 calls to websites from our computer which has a block for these outgoing calls

We received a bill for $64.12 for 3 calls made supposedly from our computer to unknown websites. When we finally got through on the phone, we could not find out either the phone numbers or websites supposedly called, even though they did admit our computer has a block to prevent this from happening. Since only two of us use the computer, we are sure that these calls did not occur!!
