Ebay caused my loss of $6,850.00 through false and unverified information on its auction website San Jose California

My eBay experience is contained on the following website www.ebayfraudvictims.com. This is a website I started after being totally ignored by eBay. EBays false and unverified postings cost me $6865.00.

Doesn't a publicly traded company have some responsibility for the safe dealings of its customers?
