I too was robbed by these people. They operate under various aliases. They send you what they tell you is a program, but in reality is shows up as a shortcut on your desktop to a nonexistent program. When you enter information in the boxes, it won't let you register. The tech support messages are just voice mail messages which direct you to a non working web page. The address is just a UPS mail drop. If you have been scammed by them, please do as I have done & report them to the following agencies:

Rochester Better Business Bureau
FBI Internet Complaint Center
You can find the addresses by just doing a Google search.
If enough people file complaints, we will stop these scammers!
