This company claims that all the handbags they sell are 100% brand new and authentic. This is not true.
I purchased a $300 Louis Vuitton bag from their website, they delivered it and left it at my front door. This was a delivery worth $300 and they left at my front door. I live in an apartment building with over 500 apartments, I was surprised to find that it wasn't stolen.
After opening the package I realized that the bag was a fake. I emailed the company for a return address since the return address on my package was for a shipping warehouse, they emailed me back with no address just a question of why I was returing their product. I emailed them back explaining that the bag was a fake and I wasn't going to be keeping it, I again asked for a return address, it has been a week and still no return email.
Their website states that I have 14 days to return the bag (the 14 days have since passed since I have no return address) they say I must also pay a 15% restocking fee on top of the shipping and handling to mail the package back.
I have been emailing the company everyday for a return address, now that the 14 return policy has expired I guess i am now out $300 please do not purchase a bag from these frauds!
