Recently I submitted an item on Yahoo's auction. It was on there for 7 days and when there was 3 hours left until the auction closed it was CANCELLED! By customer service. They have this thing called "neighborhood watch" where anybody can go in and vote against your auction, 3 votes and they cancel your auction. They said it was a violation of the "terms of service", so I reread the "terms of service" 3 times and yet have found anything that I did wrong.
So I called Yahoo customer service on the phone to see what was the problem and they were very rude and didn't give a sh-t about my problem and said that since it was a violation of the "terms of service" (which it wasn't) they couldn't help me! So I demanded my money back and they refused! The problem I have with this is they accepted the auction then let me spend extra money featuring the item and then turned around and cancelled it! And kept my money! They are a RIPOFF!!!
They are so big they don't care! This so called Neighborhood watch is totally F-cked up! There is noway for them to regulate this watch thing - people that have been cancelled before that had legite auctions can go in there and cancell your auction just to get back at Yahoo-which I think is happening. Go to ebay and let Yahoo know that this will not be tolerated anymore! F-cken Ripoffs! Crooks! Thieves!
