Account Hacked Years Ago and $250 Never Sent to Me

View PayPal full profile & all complaints

About 2-3 years ago PayPal got hacked into, and apparently my account was one of them. Since then they refuse to let me get a new account. I had over $250.00 left in my account. When I asked them for it, they said they had sent it. Well, 2-3 years later I have not seen it yet!
