I am so sick of this company stealing money from me! Originally when I open an account with them I asked for 100.00 to be deposited at Vegas slot casino. This was not taken from my bank account as I inadevertantly put in
a wrong number on my checking account.netteller stated that they credited this money to Vegas slot casino, which they did not do. Then I attempted to get another 100.00 dollars to transfer to Vegas slot casino with the
same problem happening. Then all seemed to straighten out the third time and the deposit worked however Netteller stated that they had given the 200.00 to Vegas slot casino which did not happen. I know as I was
completely pissed off that the money did not tranfer as I wanted to play.
When I attempted to contact them to correct the problem I was greeted by avery rude Arron who informed me that yes I had received $200.00: the money was placed in Vegas slot casino and yes I owed them the money. To make a long story short I refused to pay for something I never received. Now fastforward. I use Click to Pay (which I have never had a problem with) I gambled a Vegas Slot Casino and won $150.00 which I asked to be
transferred to Click to Pay for refund. What did Vegas slot Casino do theytransferred it to Netteller.netteller promptly took the money stating of course that we owed them the money and now I am out $150.00. I have proofthat Vegas slot casino credited the money to Netteller when they should have transferred it to Click to Pay but they will not correct the problem. Vegas slot casino was informed by netteller that netteller would work with us, ya right, if working with us means they are demading a further $68.00. Man the price did go up, didn't it? I guess I am putting this out there
for two reason. I absouletly used to love going to vegas slot Casino. I loved the games. I enjoyed the fun I had. I never had a problem with them until now. They were alway quick to make it right if ther was an issue. I
refuse to go there now. I refuse to give them one more penny of my hard earned dollar. The secnond is to warn others about Nettellers shaddy dealings. I have bank statement showing that they received all monies they
were entitled to and that they in fact owe me $150.00 which they can pay me any time. Live and learn if you can't see the people you are dealing with face to face, you have no idea what you are getting yourself into.
