SafeEyes (safebrowse.com) is an internet content filter. It was advertised as a "One-Time Fee" Sounds great, since other companies charge monthly or yearly for similar services. However after about 3 months of owning the product, the company changed to a yearly subscription fee model. They do not plan any support for the "One-Time Only" product. This is simply bait and switch. A One-Time fee assumes that they will support the product until they cease to exist. After I contacted them, they would neither offer me a refund, support, or free upgrades to supported products.
