A computer listed in the new catalog was interesting to me. The next day after I received the catalog, I went on-line to get more details, as indicated.
I typed in the product code and up came a different model (same mfg) computer for a different amount of money.
When I called, the person asked for the product ID number, then said they do not have that item, but I could select from the others that they had. When I stated that this sounded like bait/switch to me, he tried to say that only applied to retail business (???), then changed to say that they could change their prices at anytime.
This a large company that has ruined their reputation with me.
