Ripoff, poor customer service, cons, thieves, dirty, deceptive, unwavering

I discovered my son stole my father's credit card and made reservations on the internet, through priceline.com. He was planning to leave and run away with his girlfriend. When my father discovered a hold on his card, put there by priceline.com,

I called them to ask them to take the charges off, and I fully explained to them what happened. They REFUSED to co-operate and told me it was a matter I would need to take up with the local authorities.

The customer service person was very rude and had a nasty tone the entire conversation. I fully intend to look in to filing a class action lawsuit against the company for taking people's money. They have their website set up where they can make money off the backs of the hotels they are supposedly supporting.

My father is 75 years old, he can not afford to pay expensive fees for things he did not authorize on his card. I went ahead and paid my father back, but the way priceline handles the consumers is just WRONG! Wrong! Wrong!
