I bought an outfit from hotmiamistyles on eBay. I got it and it was not as described, so I sent it back and then made a request for my money. He denied it, so I filed a claim with PayPal, and they so-called investigated it and said I had no proof that I sent it. So I had to go through a lot to get proof from the USPS where I sent it off. I got a letter with his signature on it, also the date and time, and I was still denied because I did not pay for a tracking number, even though I have proof from the Post Office.
So he wanted the negative feedback removed and paid for a moderator, and she was on his side and told me that I had insurance on the item and that I should file a claim. I told her, for one, he got the item, so he should give me my $82.28, and for two, even if I wanted to, I could not, because he received the item. So we never agreed on anything, nor did I withdraw his feedback.
eBay was no help. I emailed Bill Cobb, and a rep of his was no help, just saying go file here or there. I did, and I still do not have my money, and he is still on there selling things. This is not right.
