I signed up for peoplesearch.com and they took my $29.95 right away. This is info i could get for free

I signed up for peoplesearch.com today and paid $29.95 on my credit card. This site promised all sorts of things i could get for free, including marriage records, current address, phone number etc. I cannot access any of these things and I asked for a full refund. They have totally ignored me. Please help!
