I have worked with this company for two years and had no problems. Late last year they froze my account at -200 dollars saying that the funds never went through.

Previous to this, i had to contact them on the phone at my expense, and spent a good seven hours trying to make ammends for their mistakes. Before the 200 dollars being frozen, my account was unavailable twice. Both were corrected somehow, but this last time with the 200, it has remained that way for months now.

I must have talked to at least six or seven agents there, and none of them helped me at all. They all said they would enter a "correction code" to straighten it out, since they saw that they had been paid the money. Nothing ever happened.

Then, they sent me to there banking agent (s) and they said they could help me. They never did. Lastly, they sent me to this woman in a "higher position." She requested that my bank manager send her a fax that the money had left my bank. My bank manager, of Bank North, gladly did it THREE times, she, Meg, said she never got the fax.

The third time, a month ago, she told me and my girlfriend that she had indeed got the third one. These people are so disorganized its scary. Its been months since my account has been negative and they dont seem to want to help.
