Ripoff, obtained my credit card number without permission, fraud, illegally charged me

I have not idea how they obtained my credit card... But they charged my credit card about 50 dollars a week for the last several months. I tried to call the number associated with the company and they keep hanging up... Has anyone sued this company yet? I would like to put something togethe
