Ripoff paid for item that I did not receive. Company phone disconnected

I ordered a Pasta machine on December 16. The company took my money from my account, but I've never received the item. I e-mailed them 4 times. Tried to call them, but the number has been disconnected with no further information. I am pretty angry.
