Pay Pal has frozen the funds in my business account, claiming that they cannot verify my SSN, even though I have sent them a letter from the Social Security Administration verifying me and the number, and then notarized by a Notary Public. They have over 42,000 Dollars of our business money and have been keeping me from accessing it for nearly 6 weeks now. I have been diligently trying to satisfy their every request. But now I realize they are jerking me and my business around.
Can you PLEASE help us? We are very, very upset about these tactics they are using to hold money, all the while making interest off it. I think Abe Lincoln wrote a law called USURY against such acts by companies.
Please contact me about how I can resolve this and recover what does not belong to Pay Pal. They use Experian to make their credit checks. But they are a bad company too. They charged my card to do the credit check and never performed it. They ripped me off too.
