Continues Billing For Closed Bussiness

Valley Yellow Pages Continues Billing For Closed Bussiness??? In August the Valley Yellow Pages was notified by USPS Certified Mail that my wifes bussiness was closed, and the associated phone number was no longer in service..

However, after four months, and three Certified letters later the Valley Yellow Pages has continued to charge for a non-existent bussiness with included late charges, in the amount of $137.15.

The last contact from The Valley Yellow Pages claims they have not received any coorespondence in regards to the bussiness closure, nor do they acknowedge the phone number of the closed bussiness being changed to a private number as part of the closure agreement, even though they have utilized the new phone number to ask for the bill to be paid.

I have no problem paying for subscribed advertising services that pertain to an actual bussiness,
I do however have a problem paying for advertising that does not have an associated bussiness to advertise for.
All the requested information to cease the advertising account were fulfilled and acknowledged by Certified Mail from the Valley Yellow Pages..

Question: Would Anybody That Reads This Pay For Advertising A Closed Bussiness???
