Hello, Whoever is trying to get set up with this company do NOT get involoved with them! I was wanted to do an at home business so I looked into several places on the internet. The first call that I had come to my house was from Gary Wooley from USA Card Services. He told me what i wanted to hear and i was told that he could only take a few people a day and it was near the end of the day and i he wanted me to sign up.
So i discussed it with my husband and we signed up. We understood that we would be making a profit of $500 a week which would help us being a young couple in the Navy and with a 9 month old child. We set up the website and i did everything that i could to make this business work.
When it came to where the 6 weeks was up and i was still not getting anyone but my family checking out my site i called Gary Wooley he was so hard to contact but he finally called me back. He refered me to Bill Chandler. Bill sent me an email telling me what to do so i did it. I waited a few weeks and when i still wasn't making money i thought i did something else wrong. Let me tell you i was a straight A student and in honors classes in High School and this made me feel really stupid.
I was telling my friend about them so i thought i could make that sign on bonus. Thank GOD that she was declined or else she would be here with me. Anyways, after she was declined I tried for 3 months to get my site going well.
Finally when we were over $2500 in debt from USA Card Services and the other companies I decided to try to get out of the contract. My husband stayed on the phone one day for 6 hours on hold. No one would help him so we contacted Navy legal. We talked to the lawyers there and they all agreed that this was a scam. We wrote the following letter to all of the companies and no one has said any thing to us. USA Card Services just says that they aren't taking out the money so they aren't liable. When we signed to contract with them!
"To Whom It May Concern:
Hello our names are *. On the date of April 06 we signed a contract with USA Cards Services and we understood that we would be making $500 a week in profits and so we signed on the day that we herd of it. We were also in a rush because Mr. Gary Wooley explained to us that he could only accept a certain amount of people in a day and that we may not get another chance. I, Angela, wanted to do an at home business so that I could spend time at home with my infant that was only nine months old at the time. I didn't want anyone else teaching my daughter things that I could teach her here at home. Mr. Wooley told me that I would only have to work a minimum of 20 hours a week and it would take me 6 weeks to set up my website.
I was very committed and received several compliments of my intelligence from Mr. Wooley during the conversation. I waited to make money the first 6 weeks of the time because I thought that it was reasonable not to make any money while I was setting up the website. After the 6 weeks I still hadn't had even one customer. I would do a search through the sites that my paid advertising was though and my website never popped up. I called USA Cards to complain that I wasn't getting anyone to my site.
I was transferred to a CoachBill Chandler. He sent me an e-mail and I worked on what he told me to improve. As of June 1st I wasn't making money I had purchased a data feed to input more products onto my website. I was going on vacation to see my mom and family and so I had a baby sitter and was able to work on my site daily. I would stay up until 3 to 4 in the morning working on this. I called several time to see what I was doing wrong and would fix it.
The data feed that I purchased wasn't compatible with Colony One's program so they told me that I would have to input images manually or pay one of their employees to input it. I asked how much it would cost and they told me over $100 a day. I was already taking $140 out of my husband's paycheck a month. Plus all the data feeds and programs I had to buy for my computer. I decided to work harder so I would make so money. At the end of this month which is October I will have paid over $1200 and still haven't made any money. I have called and called several times to be released from the contract. I have stopped payment on the charges coming out of my account and I am reporting all companies that I have paid money too to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. If you can help and repay the money and let me out of the contract my Navy legal aid will not be contacting you. Thank you for your time.
