If you order the "free" software, you are also sent two other CDs that you find out you must return in ten days. However, buried in the terms of agreement, you must cancel on the Internet your intention to return the two CDs or you will be charged and get no refund because they claim they don't receive the returned CDs within ten days.
They refuse to reimburse any money because they claim people "steal" their software and their policy helps prevent piracy. Their priority is not the customer. They will send two CDs each month and charge you $39.90 until you cancel on the Internet. One thing is for sure; they will not reimburse you no matter what you say or do.
Do Not Get Involved With Them! Send them e-mails telling them they have an overwhelming amount of complaints, and you have been warned not to get involved with them. They hung up on me. When I tried to call back, the phone was busy. They don't answer my e-mails anymore. They won't give me their mailing address. You never get to talk to a supervisor.
