While under warranty, the power supply failed in my Gateway 610 Media Center. This is a known defect by Gateway in the manufaturing of this computer. They returned the "fixed" PC—exactly the same problem. Told to return again, they've been holding it for weeks—told there is a "backlog". Will NOT send a replacement PC. I've been without a PC for 8 weeks and told the backlog is still 2 -3 weeks!
