I noticed $9 charges on my credit card statement from this company I had never heard of. I contacted my credit card bank and they recommended canceling my card to prevent further charges. I noticed what looked like an 800 number next to the charge on my statement so I gave it a try and was connected to an automated menu for ReservationRewards. The very first menu item asked if I wanted to cancel so I did. I received a confirmation email of cancellation the next day. I will continue to watch my monthly statements carefully for this type of predatory behavior.
