On june 2nd. i placed an order for some crystal beads, i received and confirmation order and number from the company but have never received my order. I have e-mailed them many times only for the e-mail to be sent back undeliverable to me. I went back to the web-site and after looking around found another e-mail address, it came back the same undeliverable, i then found the last e-mail address and sent out 2-3 e-mails they have not come back as yet. I tried numerous times to call the 800 number listed and lonly got a recording, then i got the phine number to dial direct and when called the same recording comes on. I have 2 orders placed and paid with a c.C. All i want is either my money or merchandise and for these people if they are rip offs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law...
