Ripoff, dishonest, scammer, con artists, fraudulent billing, can't reach anyone over the phone, product doesn't work

This company fraudulent charges my card and when I tried to get a refund, I can not get any responses! There are no phone numbers to call and email requests via the website is confusing and I'm going in circles! My last attempt to contact them by fax was left unanswered. Its been 3 months!
