I made a order to areasmoke.com on the 3 april for 4 cartons of marlboro lights. I paid by credit card. The company promises 8-10 days for delivery. It is now the 9 may and I have received nothing. I have written -10 e-mails asking what action is going to be taken and for a refund. They responded to a few e-mails with vague statements asking me to be patient. Every letter I have sent asking for a refund has gone unanswered. Currently they are telling me to wait in case the parcel has been returned but no-one has contacted me. I have ordered from them before and i received my cigarettes in 8 days, I cannot help feeling though that they lure customers in this way, and as soon as a bigger order is made, stiff them. If anyone knows what I can do or has a similar experience with this company please let me know.
