Screwed up my compute

I tried to download bonzi software several times did not work only screwed up my computer. I paid 30 dollars for this cannot get my money back there is not tech support like the site says ther is. All i got is half of a puple ape im pissed i want to burn them please help me, all i wanted is speed up my internet service
